Electrical work is learned through a combination of education, field experience, mentorship, repetition, and personal responsibility. Sorrel Electrical gives employees opportunities to learn on active job sites alongside experienced electricians and project leaders. The work is varied, and no two projects are alike.
One day may involve wiring a light switch or installing fixtures. Another may involve supporting electrical infrastructure for medical equipment, a restaurant, a warehouse, a data-focused facility, or a major entertainment venue.
